In the EchoSOS emergency app, all emergency stations in Switzerland are on a map. Additional information such as opening hours and specialties are displayed for each emergency station. EchoSOS partner hospitals also share their waiting times with the community.
The staff records the current waiting time quickly and easily in the web app in the browser - without login or installation. The application is easy to use and can be used immediately without training.
Does your hospital already have data that provides information on waiting times? We use that information to display the current waiting time and predict it by using algorithms.
So that the people waiting on site are better informed, you can also display the current utilization on a screen in the waiting room.
