Geobased numbers such as the SOS number of the local piste rescue organisation appear directly in the EchoSOS emergency app when staying in the specific area. The Emergency Locator helps rescue forces to localize callers quickly and easily.
Guests often don’t have the correct SOS number immediately at hand. The number of the rescue partner in a specific area automatically appears on the home screen of the emergency app.

It is often difficult for rescuers to find injured people quickly due to poor visibility or unreliable indications. The Emergency Locator is a supporting tool to precisely locate callers using GPS and to save precious time thanks to:
If a user alerts a rescue organisation via the SOS number in the emergency app, the GPS location is transmitted directly with the call. The caller does not need internet access on his part.
Rescue workers immediately see the precise location in the login area of the Emergency Locator.
Rescue forces can localize conventional calls outside the emergency app using the SMS function.
The caller receives an SMS with a link. By clicking on the link, the GPS location is being transmitted.
Access to the Emergency Locator is via login - in the web browser and in the mobile Locator app for iOS and Android. Piste rescuers use both options to flexibly access the information of people needing help. With the mobile app, employees can also see all check-ins in the field with detailed information on the map.
